My passion for food began at a young age not just with cooking and eating, but with a deep appreciation for how food brings people together. I was inspired early on by my grandmothers, whose cooking was filled with love and tradition. Their dishes were the heart of every family gathering and are still fondly remembered to this day.
At 15, I enrolled in culinary arts school, where I began honing my skills and exploring my creativity in the kitchen. That early foundation led me to work in a variety of professional kitchens, eventually continuing my education at The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE), where I studied Culinary Management and was honored with the Most Likely to Succeed award.
Every dish I create is guided by that original inspiration: to bring people together through food that’s made with care, intention, and heart.
Our Mission
To craft the highest-quality homemade dishes and deliver unforgettable service to every client we serve.
Embarking on my journey as a personal chef has been an exciting and deeply fulfilling experience. Though I hold a Master’s Degree in Technology Management and spent many years working in business and tech, my true passion has always been food.
I’m a devoted foodie who feels most at home in the kitchen—creating, experimenting, and sharing dishes that bring people joy. My love for food has taken me on culinary adventures around the world, from local food tours and wine events to discovering hidden-gem restaurants and drawing inspiration from admired chefs.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, I realized the incredible value of bringing restaurant-quality meals into the safety and comfort of people’s homes. That realization fueled my commitment to offering a personal chef experience that blends exceptional food with warmth, care, and hospitality.
Passionate, genuine and self-driven are just a couple words that friends and family would use to describe me. I am a first-generation Vietnamese American born and raised in Connecticut. My parents immigrated to the US in 1981 and have taught me our traditions through cooking. As my parents got older, I became the chef for the family. I was in charge of the daily meals but also the social gatherings. Cooking and making meals are what brings families together. It’s where memories are made.
Currently, I teach children in cooking camps and cook for families all around Connecticut. Authenticity is what my meals are known for. My mother is my inspiration to carry on her legacy and continue to embark myself in the world of culinary.
Food has always been my favorite way to connect with people and explore the world. What began as casual meals for family and friends soon grew into hosting dinner parties, pig roasts, crawfish boils, and other food-centered gatherings. One summer, I even built a barbecue smoker as a welding project—and ended up catering a wedding with it.
Whether I’m sourcing ingredients from local markets, specialty shops, or my own garden, I focus on quality, simplicity, and solid technique. I’m passionate about creating personalized culinary experiences that bring people together through the joy of food—and I look forward to crafting one just for you.
