My passion for food began at a young age. Not only did I quickly discover a love for cooking and eating; but I also discovered a fascination with food's ability to bring family and friends together at the table. Inspired by my grandmothers and their ability to put so much love in everything they made, the food they cooked was cherished by family and friends and is still talked about today. At the age of 15, I attended culinary arts school, where I developed my creativity and passion for food. After my experience at culinary school, I began working in kitchens and later attended The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) for Culinary Management, where I received the award; Most Likely to Succeed.

Embarking on my Personal Chef experience is so exciting! I have a Masters Degree in Technology Management and have been working in a business/technology capacity for many years, but my true passion has always been food. I am a true foodie who feels most in my element when I'm in the kitchen creating dishes. Over the years, I have enjoyed traveling to cities and partaking in their local food tours, trying out new restaurants, attending food and wine events, admiring chefs and cooking for friends and family. Amidst the Covid-19 pandemic I realized what a great service it would be to provide people with the experience of a restaurant quality meal in the safety and comfort of their own home.
Passionate, genuine and self-driven are just a couple words that friends and family would use to describe me. I am a first-generation Vietnamese American born and raised in Connecticut. My parents immigrated to the US in 1981 and have taught me our traditions through cooking. As my parents got older, I became the chef for the family. I was in charge of the daily meals but also the social gatherings. Cooking and making meals are what brings families together. It’s where memories are made.
Currently, I teach children in cooking camps and cook for families all around Connecticut. Authenticity is what my meals are known for. My mother is my inspiration to carry on her legacy and continue to embark myself in the world of culinary.
